• All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.

• Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

2. Delivery Time

• Within Pakistan:

  • Stitched: Delivery time is 12 to 18 working days
  • Unstitched: Delivery time is 7 to 10 working days

  International:

  • Stitched: Delivery time is 12 to 18 working days
  • Unstitched: Delivery time is 7 to 10 working days
    
  • Courier company: Courier company will also take 5-8 working days for delivery

  Note: Duty/Custom charges may apply according to your Country/Region. The customer is liable to pay any custom charges.

  3. Shipping Charges

• Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your delivery location.

• Occasionally, we may offer free shipping promotions, which will be clearly stated on our website.

4. Shipping Method

• We work with trusted courier partners to ensure timely and safe delivery.

• Once shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS.

5. Address Accuracy

• Please ensure that your shipping address and contact details are accurate when placing your order.

• We are not responsible for delayed or undelivered orders due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

6. Damaged or Lost Packages

• If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damaged items and packaging.

• If your package is lost during transit, we will coordinate with the courier to resolve the issue.
