COD (Cash on Delivery) Orders

• COD orders can only be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order, provided the order has not yet been dispatched.

• Once the order has been dispatched, cancellation is strictly not allowed.

Paid Orders – Cancellations

• Paid orders may be cancelled within 24 to 48 hours of order placement, upon customer request.

• After 48 hours, cancellation requests will only be considered under exceptional circumstances and are subject to approval by Ruuposh Collection.

Order Cancellation by Ruuposh Collection

Ruuposh Collection reserves the right to cancel an order at any time due to unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to:

• Product or inventory unavailability

• System or technical errors

• Payment verification issues

• Incorrect or incomplete order information

• Other circumstances that may prevent us from processing the order

• Cancellation requests for paid orders must be submitted using the same email address or contact number provided in the order's billing or shipping information.

• This requirement helps us verify the order and process cancellation requests efficiently.

• Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation requests will not be accepted.
