•  Butterfly inner shown in shoot is replaced with full lining in stitched version.

• Product color may slightly vary due to photography lighting or device settings.

Refund & Compensation Policy

  As per Ruuposh Collection’s company policy, we do not offer refunds in any form, including bank transfers, credit card reversals, or cash refunds.

  In the case of an approved cancellation or eligible compensation, an online store voucher or discount code equivalent to the eligible paid amount will be issued.
  
• 
  The voucher can be redeemed on your next purchase from Ruuposh Collection.
  
• 
  Refunds are not offered to either domestic or international customers.
  

Exchange Policy

  Ruuposh Collection does not offer returns or exchanges under normal circumstances.

  In rare cases where a customer receives a defective, damaged, incorrect, or incorrectly sized item, the customer may contact our Customer Service Team for assistance.

  Exchange requests must be reported to our Customer Service Team within 48 hours of delivery.
  
• 
  After approval, the item must be returned to the address provided by Ruuposh Collection within 5–7 days of delivery. Requests submitted after this period may not be accommodated.

  An eligible defective or incorrect item may be exchanged for another available/in-stock product of equivalent value, subject to availability.

  Alternatively, Ruuposh Collection may provide online store credit or a voucher/discount code of the eligible amount, after applicable shipping costs.

  Exchanges are not available due to personal preference, including a change of mind, colour preference, design preference, or simply not liking the outfit.

  An outfit may be considered for exchange if the size received does not match the size ordered, subject to verification.

  All exchange requests are subject to inspection and approval by our Customer Service Team.
  
• 
  Shipping and mailing costs related to an approved exchange are the customer’s responsibility, unless otherwise confirmed by Ruuposh Collection.

  We aim to process approved exchange requests within 14 working days after receiving and verifying the returned item.

  No cash, bank-transfer, or card refunds will be provided under any circumstances. Eligible cases will be resolved through an exchange, store credit, voucher, or discount code as applicable.
